Garcinia Cambogia is Awesome!!!
I researched several Garcinia Cambogia extracts before choosing this one from Breakthrough Nutrition. I knew that Dr. Oz suggested 3000mg a day and said it has to have at least 50% of HCA, as well as potassium and calcium. This company makes 75% HCA, which is what I was looking for. My friend told me that he lost 10 pounds within the first week so I knew that this would work for me too.
On the first day, I noticed that it helped me to suppress my appetite dramatically. I didn't have cravings for sweets either. I also didn't have desire to eat unhealthy foods that I normally used to eat- which was a bit strange for me. By the time I was half way done with my meals, I already felt so full that many times I ended up not finishing.
I started taking Garcinia Cambogia four weeks ago. I took 2 capsules 3 times a day about 30-45 minutes before breakfast, lunch and dinner with a full glass of water. My weight was 238 pounds before and now my weight is 227 pounds; so I lost a total of 11 pounds in one month. I have been on Garcinia for almost two weeks now and I can already tell a difference in my clothes.
